Our commitment to become a market leader in our area of expertise is no more apparent than with our Planned Works. We have a proven track record in completing planned works to an exceptionally high standard of quality and within the timescales initially agreed upon with our clients. Our planned works include property refurbishment and property upgrades of occupied homes, comprising of new bathrooms, kitchens, re-decorations, roof work, windows, door installations along with a full electrical rewire.

We have completed large areas of groundwork’s to schemes encompassing block-paving, tarmacing, fencing and drainage works. We have also carried out full office refurbishments. 

Working closely with our clients’ it is our aim to carry out our work as quickly and efficiently as possible whilst still keeping the high standards that we have set ourselves. cityresponselimited recognises that it is also imperative that we keep disruption to a minimum for residents and their neighbours.

Prior to commencement of planned works, information packs are sent out informing residents of the works to be undertaken, timescales involved and whatever disruptions may be encountered. All planned works are monitored from start to finish, with liaison officers and team leaders providing a link between residents, ourselves and our clients’. Upon completion of works, all properties receive a visit from one of our managers to ensure that our high standards have been adhered to and to ensure that residents are completely happy with the works done. Based on this feedback our customer satisfaction records are updated and any issues raised are dealt with promptly.

Our objective as a company is to increase the volume of planned works that we undertake, whilst still maintaining our high standards and efficient workforce. At the same time we recognise the importance of helping our employees to develop their skills by providing comprehensive training, thus promoting the increase of a competent and stable skill base and workforce.
