24hr Emergency Call Out Service

cityresponselimited prides itself on the high standard of service it provides its clients’ and nowhere is this more apparent than in our 24 hour emergency call-out service. 

In partnership with our clients "customer service centre" and our out of hours operatives we also have the support of a team of Operational Support Managers who are always on call to liaise with residents, customer service centre and operatives to resolve any issues that may arise. All out of hours operatives and managers are directly contactable via mobile phones or by hand held PDA's.

We are able to provide a fast responsive service by utilizing our multi-skilled workforce in carrying out all aspects of work contained within domestic properties.

Our aim is to provide the highest and most responsive level of service for our clients in this specialised field and we pride ourselves on the fact that all out-of-hour calls are attended to well within 4 hours.





We deal with any follow-up work on the folowing day either by re-appointing works directly with the  resident or by passing any relevant information back to the client for further action.
