In delivering a Responsive Repairs service to our customers, city
responselimited recognise the importance of fulfilling certain basic requirements:
- Appointments offered are covenient to the customers needs
- Appointments made are then kept
- Office staff are fully trained to ensure that the job is allocated to the appropriately skilled person
- Trades staff are multi-skilled to reduce the number of visits required to complete the job
- Good quality workmanship and materials
- Work area is left clean and tidy
- Jobs are completed first time, whenever possible
- Where further visits are required, it is important that the customer is kept up to date with progress
We have, a fully automated job management system (Accuserv) and a dynamic appointment scheduling system (Opti-

time), which is able to interface with our clients’ systems. Our operational staff carry hand-held PDA's , that provide a ‘real-time’ accurate picture of the progress of every job.
It is our aim to continuously improve the service we offer. It is our aim to also increase the amount of appointments we make available to include early evening and Saturday morning appointments, thereby giving us more flexibility in meeting residents’ needs.
