cityresponselimited is a competitive provider of responsive and void repairs, planned works and refurbishments throughout the North of England, working in partnership with Guinness Northern Counties, one of the largest social landlords in England along with similar organisations covering a 500 square mile area.

It was always our aim to be a growing and vibrant company committed to providing excellent customer service to existing and new clients. We have brought together years of experience from all trades with expertise in Responsive Repairs, 24 Hour Emergency Call-Outs, Voids Repairs, Planned Works, Decent Homes Standard Improvements, Full Refurbishments and Disabled Adaptations. We offer a professional management structure and a highly trained and flexible skill base. cityresponselimited currently has contracts covering Manchester, Stockport, Chester, Wigan, Lancaster, Blackburn, Rochdale, Leeds, Scunthorpe, Chesterfield, Mansfield, Sheffield and Derby and Nottingham.

The management at cityresponselimited has many years of experience within the building and maintenance field. The reputation of cityresponselimited demands that quality has the highest priority. From Directors through to company personnel, all identify with and adhere to the quality ethos as set out in our Quality Management System. As a company, cityresponselimited is committed to Building in Quality as standard and in recognition of this we have been accredited with ISO 9001:2008.

We currently employ over 150 tradesmen and women from all trades ensuring that all operatives have the relevant qualifications and experience to carry out their duties effectively. Ongoing training is also provided where required. All operatives wear our distinctive company uniform and carry photographic identification at all times.

Our company vehicles are highly visible throughout the north of England. All vehicles are renewed every three to four years, carry their own job specific materials stock, are fully sign written, alarmed and have security locks fitted throughout. Our vehicles are chosen specifically to facilitate the type of work undertaken.

Where specialist works are required, cityresponselimited have an approved list of specialist sub-contractors who are regularly reviewed to ensure that our high standards of quality, service delivery along with Health and Safety are adhered to on work that is carried out on our behalf.

cityresponselimited is a Gas Safe registered contractor, an approved contractor with NICEIC and a member of the Institute of Plumbing.

Health and Safety is of paramount importance to all of cityresponselimited’s operations. We have a fully qualified Health and Safety Representative who continually reviews any new regulations and also ensures that we deliver safe working methods by ongoing training courses for all employees.

We have a state of the art, fully automated job management system which is able to interface with our clients’ systems. We have introduced PDA's (Personal Digital Assistant) to our workforce  which provide a ‘real-time’ picture of outstanding and completed works so that our clients are immediately informed of job progress rather than waiting on an invoice.

cityresponselimited are currently involved in partnering contracts, which have many benefits both to the client and the contractor. With closer working arrangements and supply chain management, the costs of delivering our ever-improving service can be driven down.
