cityresponselimited recognises the importance of ensuring safety, health and welfare in the operation of its activities and believes in the active participation of every member of the company in order to achieve and maintain the highest standards.

As a company we are committed to a programme of review, update and continual improvement of our Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001:2000. It is our objective to ensure that the identified needs of our customers are at all times being met to the highest possible standard.

This has in part, been achieved through the appointment of our Health and Safety Representative, who has been in this position since the forming of cityresponselimited and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Quality Assurance and is also NEBOSH and Construction qualified. Our Health and Safety Representative has been actively involved in ensuring through information, training, and health and safety inspections and monitoring, that the company’s Health and Safety policy is being followed by every member of the company.

 A comprehensive training schedule is submitted annually to the CITB, and our Health and Safety Representative works with management to implement this training schedule, whilst actively creating an all embracing health and safety culture at all levels, helping all to be ‘Safety Aware,’ having a continuous alert attitude to the safety aspects of every job undertaken.

cityresponselimited is also registered with CHAS and constructionline, enabling us to work closely with local authorities and social housing landlords who can, through this ‘Proof of Confidence,’ recognise that we are meeting and indeed exceeding health and safety standards.
