Being both Corgi and NICEIC registered contractors, we are currently working with Salford & Bolton City Council’s Private Landlord Accreditation teams, assisting carrying out Gas & Electrical safety inspections & upgrades to single dwellings & multi-occupancy houses. (HMO’s)
The Scheme has proved to be very successful for all parties involved, and has also helped raise awareness in the privately rented sector with landlords and tenants alike re-evaluating Gas and Electrical safety in the home.
Following a successful pilot with both Salford & Bolton City Council’s Private Landlord Accreditation teams, we continue -
to provide valuable safety reports at a reasonable cost to the customer. In some cases these pre-inspections and reports have led us on to carrying out further essential works and upgrades for the private landlord including boiler replacements and electrical upgrades that are completed to a high standard with a full warranty & service backed guarantee.
Following on from this success, we have now developed a substantial client base of private landlords & customers who are more than happy to come back to us, time after time, for Gas & Electrical inspections to their properties.
We are happy to say that following this success with both Salford & Bolton City Council, many other local authorities have now approached us for more information on the services that we can provide in the private sector under the umbrella of local government approved accreditation and incentive schemes.
