Following the Governments initiative to transform communities and reverse the legacy of decades of neglect and under-investment in housing, a programme of action was taken to provide better homes and improve the standard of living for

Registered Social Housing residents. The aim was to have residents at the heart of all plans at all stages. In any improvements that city
responselimited undertake our first course of action is to build a rapport with residents, to get them involved in the various choices and decisions made with regard to their home, to make them feel a part of the whole process.
We understand fully that Decent Homes are vitally important for the health and well-being of those living in them. Poor housing leads to an area getting a bad reputation. That makes it an unpopular place to live, which in turn may lead to the breakdown of communities.
In short Decent Homes are a key element of any thriving, sustainable community and as such city
responselimited takes very seriously its responsibility to provide a high quality service in as short a time as possible, with a minimum amount of disruption to residents and surrounding neighbours.
We are currently working in partnership with Guinness Northern Counties installing kitchens and bathrooms to properties throughout the north and central regions of England.
When replacing kitchens and bathrooms, disruption is kept to an absolute minimum, with all kitchen installations successfully completed within agreed timescales. By listening to our Customer Feedback, it’s evident that we have delivered excellence first time, and many residents have commented on the speed, cleanliness, commitment and dedication of our workforce.
Please feel free to read our customer feedback on our Listening to our Customer’s synopsis.
